ContentComposer Links, Rank and Money
Today a new product is being launched. ContentComposer, read all about it at ContentComposerReview.com this is a really good product if you are serious about the content on your web pages.
But that is not why I am writing now.
The point is that as of today the site has, in Yahoo! some 684 incoming links to 13 pages. The site is on the first page, if not number one, in Google, for most of the terms that I am chasing. The site is, today, 20 days old.
The links have been built in various ways, all bar one is easily attainable to all automated blogs users. The one that is not is copiable in a different way.
What did I do?
1) Every page of the site has been social bookmarked. I use software for the job but done by hand the job is just as done. Give me a shout and I'll show you the software. It is the same as I use on your sites when they are fresh built!
2) The Rss feed was promoted when the site was new, again software, but exactly the same as I use to promote your blogs when I build 'em!
3) I use Technorati tags (all your sites have them too!) and I 'claimed' my blog at Technorati. They spider my site within minutes of me updating it.
4) I have links on other blogs, maybe for this site 18-20, not likely more.
5) I have a load of article directory links. In this case they are all from mine, not good! It'd be much better if they were from articles submitted around the internet.
Maybe the biggest single thing though is that the promotion has been ongoing and fairly consistent.
But the result is a site that has real traffic from social bookmark sites, search engines and other sites linking in. We are getting sensible numbers of visitors and Alexa ranks us at about 282,000 this week, up from 1.5 million.
The game is in the backlinks!
Oh, the money?
I am an affiliate for Content Composer, I wonder how much of the traffic will convert. It does not have to be much to make the venture worth the few hours it has taken so far!

As of this week ending 22 April, contentcomposerreview.com has had an average Alexa rank of about 92,000 and had peaks on 13th and 14th of 29k and 38k. Yahoo! tells me I have almsot 2400 backlinks to 17 pages.
The site is bringing in very good business; no numbers but I have a holiday in Spain already paid for and am now working on a dream trip to South America later this year. Not too bad for a guy living in Estonia! All the promotion has been driven by techniques that are available to all automated blogs users and recommended by me to you guys. I was fortunate to be mentioned, but not linked, on another high traffic blog which has certainly helped.
